Actually good to know that the loss to FGCU didn't really hurt the team in this ranking. They jumped to #13 after the win vs UNF and dropped to #19 after the loss to FGCU.

This was a tight game...and FAMU aren't chumps.  It was 3-1 in the 7th.  Could have been alot tighter and we could have been trailing if a couple plays went differently.  Their bullpen isn't very good, but that starter gave us all we could handle.  Thats the way baseball is, but they are definitely not chumps.

Their starter was killing our hitters with that curve ball. Struck a lot of guys out, it was up to six when I stopped watching around the sixth. That's what makes me excited about this team; yes they are gonna be held in check by the other team's Friday starter; but once the bullpen hits anything can happen. They don't get frustrated. And it helps the bullspen is loaded too. Keep a game close and anything goes. Let's take the series tonight boys!

Forgot to mention, last night was a HUGE crowd.  It was Lifetime Alumni Member night and they had a party at the 1B Pavillion as well as the Donaldson Deck.  The seats from behind the plate down the 1B line were about 3/4 full.  Really made for a fun night and great atmosphere.  Well done Alumni group!

I saw they have $30 all you can eat and drink on the Donaldson Deck. Really should've went to that one! Glad it was a good game; it's best to get folks back to the ballpark.
