Next year is our final year of paying Holtz his $2.5

Get Willie signed to an extension and use this money.

We have to find a way to keep him next season and get a new DC. We have a legitimate chance at 12-0. Just look at the schedule.

We need to give him a nice raise. He deserves it's

I'm all for keeping him and putting some money into a good defensive coordinator and a Heisman campaign for flowers

I'm a bit worried with all of these job openings

Not so many job openings yet this year that would be a step up.

Win our bowl game to end our year ranked, start the year in the top 20, with most key players back next year, Taggart has a chance to put himself in the same position Hermann was in this year.

I don't see Taggart leaving this year, but next year he will really be  in a great spot.

Personally, I believe he still has some growing to do as a coach to warrant a top job.

Snyder just won game 200. He retires and Leavitt inherits.
