We've already covered CWT leaving.  Look at his record.  Most top P5 teams would have a **** fit if their school hired him now, and I don't see CWT leaving for a middle of the road P5 school.  

Get a conference championship next year and the whole discussion changes.

I tend to agree, 2nd year of a new system with a HC who hasn't had to really recruit, he can sell that he was in the NFL to them though. Also just personally not a big fan of Lovie as a HC, defensively he is great offensively leaves as much to n desired as Coach T his first couple of years here.

I agree with you on everything but Lovie being good defensively.  His defenses were terrible here.
