It allows members to show their creative side? ??

I had a couple to offer, but withheld.

Hopefully, we'll have more open discussion about strengths and weaknesses.

I guess right now it's a sign of less uptight board, feeling pretty good about things.

And that's a plus.

I'm not really opposed, just wanted to start a conversation while in the easy part of the schedule.  

The main thing that upsets my stomach are the cutesy Berman-esque thread titles.  Can we get some football tough kind of thread titles?
