BB signing period starts tomorrow

Basketball Regular  Signing Period: April 13 - May 18, 2016.

So, we may know as early as tomorrow, whether we will be adding any additional players, for MBB and/or WBB, this recruiting period.

We, supposedly, have scholarships still available for both teams.

Men should have 1 spot available .... although up to a couple of weeks ago they would have been recruiting for zero, so it will be interesting if anything is done with it.

I hope the men's team pick things up in a big way. I hope the women don't stumble too hard given the pieces they lost.

Word is that there is another foreign sharp shooter that may sign.  Point guard is the big need but always nice to have another option for 3 pointers.  This is for WBB

Men's BB- I heard Malik Martin was supposed to be visiting. It was cited in another post as well. But other than that it's been quiet. I wouldn't mind saving the schollie for a freshman incoming since the only scholarship players that are seniors are Geno and Perry. So if we don't have a shot at landing a home run like the point AJ Harris, by all means let's take the chance to land a true freshman.

Is she from Norway? If so, I know we were hoping for a visit from her some months ago, but, supposedly, her national team coach prevented her from coming, because she still had some games to play.

Amendment to my prior post: Geno has two years of eligibility left. So if we use this schollie on a transfer we won't have but 1 schollie for incoming freshmen.
