Coach Danny Hope to step down

If you watched closely to practices last year you could tell Hope was a master of coaching o-line.  Given the talent wasnt all that awesome he had them play at a high level.  He will be missed.  I wonder how Cincy feels about us taking their o line coach.  Did they want him gone after a dissapointing season?

Must be something extremely serious to step down.  I wonder if they discussed a leave of absence.

Yeah I hope it's nothing serious. Hopefully it's just the fact that he was away from the game for a few years before coming here and after returning to the grind he realized it wasn't for him anymore. 

Considering how fast we had a replacement lined up we definitely knew this was coming. Which points towards either health issues or Hope just being done with coaching. Or him being tired of being on double secret play calling probation...

For those that weren't at the signing day events, when CWT had the staff introduce themselves he, Hope, introduced himself as the OL coach, not the OC and OL coach.
