That guy can't recruit. From an article in today's TBT about Miami's win last night, "Injuries have left Duke with just a seven-player rotation that includes four freshmen, and they've dropped four of their past five games." Cue person who thinks you're saying COA = Coach K and doesn't get your point...

This coming class will be his second recruiting class He also said that Stan walked into a good roster. Now I didn't watch back then, but by his verbiage he is indicating that Stan walked into a better roster, not recruited one in one class. Seeing as recruiting was rounded up by the time he was hired, two seasons to begin recruiting. I could respect positions with good numbers behind them to support their wild conclusions, but you are just tossing around random numbers. Actually, two recruiting seasons. But who's counting?

Great, now we think COA = Coach K.

But who's counting? He was hired two weeks before signing day his first season. Most kids, including those of top tier talent, had already committed by that point in time. If you want to count the month and a half total he had to scramble sign the guys who had already committed and explore one or two other options be my guest. But that recruiting class was claimed by other schools before he was even hired. He then scrambled to bring in a few of his own guys following the exodus basically to puzzle a team together. You can attribute that class to him but he didn't have a full recruiting season, so reasonable individuals will not.

No one does, but it is a relationship to show the W/L column is not always reflective upon the coach in the face of injury and such barriers. Were you hugged enough? Do you need a hug? You seem eager to be irrational and misinterpret when people speak to suit your own mindset.

Especially when people miss the obvious.

And this is why the board needs to go back to using multiple quotes instead of the default of 1 now. Your line would have been great if you had quoted JTrue's quote and mine. It was great as it was but others missed it.
