No, he was not coaching UCF at the time, he was coaching the Philadelphia Union professional team.

The other interesting point is that the reason public organizations settle with former players and coaches is sometimes (often?) so that embarrassing items like this don't hit the press.  A few hundred thousand could easily be considered a small price to pay to keep some items from public consumption.
