Harlan has to know that even with better talent, CWT can't win here. His predecessor tried to save some $$ by hiring a cheap, local guy, and we're at an all time low.

Isn't Tomey Harlan's advisor? He needs to be earning his money by being in Harlan's ear telling him Taggart is clueless at this level.

 

He likely is, but Harlan missing the fact that CWT is horrible is like me at high noon, looking up & failing to see the sun.

You guys are overlooking the obvious.  We scored 17 today, v 14 last week.  we're moving on up!
