Remember, we are 1-0 and it has been awhile since we could say that.

been about 12 months
Yeah, not sure why the West Carolina game keeps ringing up as a lose in my head. My bad.

Because if not for Mack it was a loss.

WCU did feel like a loss. Still not sure what we have for a team. FAMU is bad. They only won 3 games last year.

The amount of bad snaps will cause us to lose most games.

I found that interesting as well. I don't really know, but isn't snapping the ball one of those integral parts of practice? Seems to me there would be a lot of  snaps...including PAT, FG, etc.

And that's why there's Viagra! :roflmao:

UHGGG, I am dragging myself into a conversation I did not want to have... But, the lack of discipline, taunting calls, bad snaps, bad hand offs, holding penalties...  Is something I am concerned about if they don't get corrected asap.  FSU will at least let me see if that is corrected.

I thought the discipline was dramatically improved. Sure there was the high step but beyond that nothing really sticks out as a lack of discipline. Snaps were a concern - but we knew there would be a learning curve with a first time center. Sure you practice it but in practice you rarely have someone lined up directly over you trying to kill you!

Generally I was very impressed with the teams preparation. Another thing I didn't see was the rash of "cramping injuries" we usually see game 1 which is usually an example of lack of discipline itself (not drinking enough water a few days out). I think Willie got this team prepared this year. Maybe it is a new culture.

I go back to that high-step TD and smile often, I could've killed for a little swagger back on O before that game and THAT got me out of my seat cheering for the sheer hope it brought back.

:soapbox: stuuuuupid rule against celebrating, NCAA needs to fix that so fans/players can have a little fun with doing things right. And if you must penalize a non-fighting conduct foul, enforce it on the next play please. Stuuuuuuuuuuuupid, that is all :soapbox:

It's right there with illegal forward propulsion.....just not as devastating.

I'd rather not know how good the team is after game 1 than have it confirmed that we're bad.

Certainly a step up from years past.

After watching the replay again I believe the FAMU player was called for taunting mack the play before. I can understand why he did it. He got it nipped, and that is that. He was fine the rest of the game. I agree a little swag on O isn't the worst, let just hope it is deserved come end of season.
