    24-7 with ZERO points after Grothe went down with an ankle injury in the late 2nd quater is not a smashing, though it was on track to be. Holtz was doing good things at ECU when we hired him.

    This is awesome. I love it! Not a gator fan either, but I just got totally pumped up by watching this 8 seconds of video. Muschamp is intense, almost makes Leavitt look tame. We need this kind of defensive mind. Find a promising SEC Defensive position coach or DC to replace Cosh. A good Defense can make up for a mediocre offense, but not vice versa as evidenced in this whole season. Poor to mediocre Defense is the reason for the OP's alarming stat.

    first thing Skip did was sh!tcan the old staff and bring in his own guys-- save a few here and there. Was that totally necessary? I can see pruning but to remove some key figures from that staff seemed negligent. huge mistake. we don't recruit our own backyard anymore. he finally has some hillsborough kids on this years list but they are from Jesuit and Robinson. not that there is anything wrong with that but I would prefer Plant and Armwood. lakeland. bradenton manatee etc. It wasn't save a few here and there If i remember correctly. The only "major" position I remember that he retained had something to do with recruiting.

    this. I would make it a television event. If we hadnt lost to Temple and BSU I honestly wouldnt even be stressing. For me, its just as much about HOW we lost to those two teams also, especially Temple. The Defense that played FSU was not the defense that played Temple. +1. Our offensive production and BJ not being "Skip's (or even Todd's) QB" has nothing to do with this.

    don't know about recently, but they did at some point in 2011. It was Marianatto's weak attempt to add another team in the mix with TCU coming on board, and showed once again that BBall schools held the cards. I believe Nova's board decided they would not make the commitment to go to FBS.

    The hell they do.... it would be a good thing if they were acting like contest was next week. They're out of tune... out of step... don't have straight lines... dance too much to try to distract from the fact that they're just not that good and generally act and sound like a junior high band. +1
