  1. Going to wait until next season if there is a change in the sections available at the different levels. We are in 237 and can move over one section but only one half of that section is available to that level of donor. To get all the way to mid field you have to be a $5k donor at this time. Hoping that changes.
  2. Here's a quote from today's paper 'We have great fans here,' he said. 'It's a small percentage. It's just frustrating for me. Anybody that knows me, I care about the kids. It's just frustrating for me. I'm fine with it (public criticism). That's part of the profession. But for our kids, it's frustrating. They're working extremely hard, and that's who I hurt for. We have great fans. I mean, I'm talking to a small percentage of our fans.' Thing is, it is from Coach Muschamp up in Gainesville. Seems when teams lose some fans get mad. We aren't the only team with this problem.
  3. Didn't Sterling Griffin leave when it appeared to him that wide outs weren't going to be getting a lot of looks in this offense? At least that is what I thought happened with him.
  4. We probably will at some point but will depend on the seats available. We have great seats on the opposite side, 3rd row center court just 2 rows behind Mike S. The chairs aren't cushioned but it is only a 2 hour game.
  5. They are obviously struggling right now. That is why we thought it was a good time to do it.
  6. My wife and I wanted to show our continued support of USF Athletics and have bumped our level from GJ to Silver. Told the people there we will continue to support the University. SilverBull offered to sell me his moniker but wanted my next grandchild and a guarantee of USF winning the AAC in football in the next 3 years. So I'm stuck with CousinRicky.
  7. Maybe he was nervous playing in front of so many fans. j/k
  8. They didn't cover the spread. Thought he took UH and gave the points.
  9. Their shows were running late because the game, edited to fit the time remaining in time slot, came on about 10:45 .... thank you, DVR. I DVR'd it as well along with the show after it, luckily. Went through the game with the finger on the FF button when they were in mid field (or is it mid pitch) area. Then watched the shootout. They showed a couple of USF fans. I know the hated AD DW was there but I'm sure he'll be blamed somehow for the loss. Oh wait, we won that match.
  10. I will be at the last 3 SMU, UCF, and Rutgers. Last chance to play RU (since they are leaving to join the Big 10). As for the Bus trip to Orlando, Been trying to find something on this, Looking for 2 seats on a Bus for this game( already have our game tickets) just don't want to risk parking my car in their lots(vandalism like last 2 times we played there). Not a fun place to park and walk thru for the elders.( no one is spared, elderly, children ect...) So if there is a Bus please share info. Thanks Last I heard it was cancelled due to lack of people signing up.
  11. I turned on ESPNU at 10:30 and they were doing a BCS countdown show even the Info tag had it as our soccer match.
  12. Then just bet against them again and lose like you did with the Houston game. Funny how gamblers never tell you about their losses. You only hear from them when they win.
  13. Hopefully the nation will still be sleepy from the tryptophan and not notice how horrible USF football is this year. But then, we did play well on TV at Houston.
  14. And when USF basketball makes it to the NCAA's for the 2nd time in 3 years it will be because LeeRoy Selmon did something right 4 years and not because of Woolard. OK, some of you hate the guy. We get it.
  15. What really concerns me is the offensive system he wants to run. It just doesn't appear to be a fun system to watch. So he really needs to WIN with it. Winning is always fun to watch. But if I have to watch a game in which we lose, I'd rather it be a 51 - 48 shoot out as opposed to what we watched last night. I'm not hating on CWT, but that pound the rock system better be a winning system.
  16. Have heard a rumor that there may be some changes in seating selection next year. Maybe to put more people in better positions to watch and for the cameras (if we ever get a game televised again)???
  17. Our group of 8 will be there. There may be more drinking involved at the tailgate. Watched that whole game sober. Whew. Not fun. But we will continue to show up for the games and hope for the best.
  18. I've noticed that as well. They don't seem to care how we line up, they know we're going to run the ball up the middle 2 out of 3 times.
  19. But based on last nights performance it was suggested we need to give him more time. I'm just saying that it could be argued that the other guys should have been allowed more time. The O-line has given White more time to throw the ball than the other 3 were getting. You can talk about White getting rid of the ball more quickly, but I'm guessing that if someone took a stopwatch and looked at every pass play this year that you would see the pocket collapsing faster in the first 6 games. Those QBs were taking major hits and it wasn't always because the guys took too long to get rid of the ball. Also, there were at least 3 other passes last night that could have been picked so it wasn't like the decision making was great throughout the game. Memphis left at least one other pick 6 on the table. With all that said, I'm for whichever QB can win for the Bulls. Now that White's RS is gone he needs to play and then the QB competition will play out again in the spring and next summer.
  20. I've said in the past that I don't boo college kids, either our team or visitors. But last night, after the 3rd offsides, I turned to my friend next to me and told that if I ever were to boo a kid this would be the time. That has to be about 10 of those penalties this year, maybe more, on him. Going from 3rd and 7 to 3rd and 2 makes such a difference.
  21. #' 1 above is pretty much true, as far as # of starts, for all of our QBs. Eveld has what, 4 or 5 starts? Floyd has 1. Bench has 1 or 2. #2 is true for all of our QBs. You could argue that Floyd and Bench should have been given more time. Hasn't White thrown more picks than Floyd? A couple of Bench's picks were at the end of games in desperate down and distance situations. So far, they are all the same.
  22. Still think the offense looks more enthused with Bench under center. He is closer to 100% and would have liked to see him get a shot in the 2nd half.
  23. Some people on this Board actually noted that Houston's defense wasn't especially big or good. They create turnovers but some weren't convinced that the messiah had arrived based on one game.
