    I'll be going to FSU homecoming for my 30th reunion on October 1. So that should put a stop to any success they may have had thus far. Fitting that the Noles are playing a team called "Wake."

    Yes, sometimes the other team is just much better. On second thought, maybe "sometimes" is not the right word.

    FSU has survived a couple of close shaves but, with injuries piling up and a coach with questionable (at best) in-game decisions, it will be interesting to see if they can keep it up. Meanwhile, we become the salve for Gators licking their wounds from that tangle with wildcats in the Swamp.

    Can the engineering team at least have battlebots or something we can cheer for? As I said in another post, I think Esports may be the way for us to go. A few other options already in the college arena: Bass Fishing Cornhole Qudditch Medieval Combat Arts Women's Wrestling I think with USF's demographics these could strike a perfect balance between the nerds and the redneck constituency.
