This is an absolute embarrassment.
Go independent, play 11 road games per year. I bet we'd have more fans willing to drive to Georgia and watch us lose 70-0 than would attend that dumpster fire set of conference games.
Leave this God awful conference or shut the program down.
We should save some money by having no coach. Coach just by letting people on this forum vote on decisions in a poll.
Every week we auction off the right to be the person standing on the sideline reading out the decisions made by this poll.
Let interns recruit.
This set up would likely perform better than Scott Jeff did
The Adam gase of college football. Complete disaster of a hire who did nothing but put the final nails in the coffin of a failing program. Threw 3 years away with someone who should have been fired midway through his first season.
Will be remembered as nothing but a complete abject failure who's contribution to the university was nothing better than pure theft.
I've said if we aren't going to fold the program altogether, we should go stadiumless, independent, and play all away games against top teams. Embrace what we are and become the Washington generals of college football.
We should never play ucf again after this season regardless of situation. I'd go as far as denying a big 12 invite as long as they're in there. Cjl was right all along and the spineless leadership and fans that went along with a rivalry with them is a big part of what ruined us.
At the end of the day, Scott Jeff is a loser and will continue to lose as long as he's allowed to. He knows nothing but failure and losing. If we insist on persisting with this failure if a football program, the clown head coach should be sacked now.
Not something you'll see on a scoresheet but the Bengals long snapper got injured today and Wilcox ended up filling in. The Bengals had 2 chances to win the game with an xp and fg and on both occasions he blew the snap and caused a miss (or block in one situation)
Not his main job and fair play to him for filling in there but for someone who mainly plays special teams that was a bad day
I never turned it on, but I stopped checking the score about midway through the 2nd. Checked later to have a laugh at the final, though it wasn't as funny as I was expecting.
Instead of dumping money into a stadium we should shut down the football program and focus on other things. It's a failure from top to bottom and the sunk costs that got us here aren't worth chasing anymore.
