Other than Florida is the second largest cattle producing state in the union. Longhorn refers to a very specific type of cattle.

USF fans should make this trip as Austin is a great city.

Our Longhorn buddy is a short on Florida history, and facts.

You are correct.  I defer to your expertise on Florida history (and facts) about the "Bulls".  

 

 

Originally, USF was called the Golden Brahman's. So if you want to pinpoint a Bull for USF, it is the Brahman Bull. There are some donors that have raised Brahman Bulls and we were going to run it out on the field during the game. However, USF does not have their own stadium yet, so we cant get the clearance from the Bucs to have a Brahman Bull run around on their field. lol.
