I'm kind of dumb when it comes to watching tv without cable. I want to get rid of cable, and try Internet TV. From what I have read, there doesn't seem to be a way to watch sports (which is all I watch).

Can someone tell me if there is a way to watch USF football games live without paying for cable? I know I can go to a bar, but wasn't sure if there is another way. I appreciate the comments.

There are ways. There are plenty of websites out there to stream games. It may not be the best quality but it works. I've done it in the past for USF games on channels that I can't watch

Don't go there until you've installed popup and adblockers though

ESPN3 (if you have someone's cable login to mooch off) and CBS Sports online should get you threw football season with minimal damage.

you hear a lot of talk about "cutting the cord" but networks wised up really quick.  you need a log in from a cable provider to stream most online TV.

when it comes to sports just stick out the $$ for cable.  there are sites like someone posted frontrow or firstrow.....but it is littered with pop ups (even with a pop up blocker) and usually a solid 50 second delay if not more.

Very true. It's annoying getting a push notification about a score or something before the team has even started driving.

If you do use those shoddy streaming sites, turn off your push notifications and don't read the chat threads here :)
