Same with a buddy of mine at work. He failed to make his club donation and when he called the ticket rep, sho' nuff, there was an annotation that the Bulls Club put a hold on his tickets (they had been cut, just not mailed). Very interesting back and forth conversation.

Has anybody asked if there was done kind f reminder/warning sent out about not receiving tix until BC donations paid in full?

I had the same issue of not receiving my tickets because of missing Bulls Club payment. I get that is technically my fault, but a reminder or some sort of contact would have been great at some point instead of just sitting on my tickets. Usually my ticket rep has just taken my donation with my ticket payment, and as soon as I knew about it, I made my payment. Especially considering I get a monthly email from them some sort of communication would have been great.

But now that I did get my tickets, they forgot to put Club Access on them, so I have to bring my folder of tickets to RJ tomorrow so they can put a sticker on each of them.

 

I appreciate them taking a bad situation and trying to make the best out of it and make it right. So I don't want to voice my frustrations at the poor reps on the phone who are doing their best, but who is in charge of the Bulls Club now that Eric is gone? Maybe these are issues because Eric knew he was leaving, but I feel like someone should take some responsibility.

I'd drive down to 1 Bulls Place, there is no way you will be able to get them via the mail before tomorrow.
