For each day of the countdown, I will list the players that played wearing the jersey number that corresponds to the days remaining until kickoff.  Each day will count down a jersey as the days pass.  Tomorrow will be jersey 98, then 97, etc.

Look at the list of players (and years played) and declare the best to ever wear that number, or, your favorite.  Perhaps there is a special play or moment you recall.  Log your thoughts in the thread to be held in our archives of Bulls information and comment.  Also, vote above for the greatest player to wear the number.

For today:

Oh ****, this one's tough.

Choosing between Capogna and Setser alone is a challenge, but since they've both already made the list at another number, I feel free to pick someone else.

Then I start looking at the dates, and they're out of order compared to our previous polls. You sure these aren't the dates for 4 different numbers?

Frank Davis was robbed. Guy starts games in the NFL and is not the best Bull to wear #66. LOL laughable.

Almost confused Kevin McCaskill with Keith, who was pretty well known on D. Davis seemed the best choice here.

Davis and McCaskill are tied, how is it that McCaskill was declared winner?

Need a runoff!

I voted late, so it was probably 6-5 to KM before mine. But with others doing what I almost did, Davis should probably have the trophy.
