What's up with all the hating on Detroit? They have twice the RPI of Miss State.

Not really sure what basketball world anyone is living in, but coming off a 12-19 year with our starting PG out and who has been injured and playing at about 65% all year. Also considering the fact that 2 of our key players are true freshmen and one of our other key contributors is a new comer, I am not expecting to be blowing anyone out.

I am not expecting to be blowing out one of last year's sweet sixteen teams and I have not seen anything from the team that points to better than an 16 to 18 win team.

The Mississippi State game was about as expected and could have gone either way.

I am not really expecting a tourney team this year, but I do expect big things next year. I don't believe such a huge turnaround is in the cards with so much on the shoulders of 2 freshmen.

No they're not. Detroit is a 6-8 Horizon team and MSU is an 9-2 SEC team. I'm not saying MSU is good, but Detroit is a bad team.

 

If you actually think Detroit is a better team, or even close, you are not knowledgable about CBB.
