Rich Rod was considered a bust a Michigan. Not a good fit.

People forget that coaching is a profession. I wonder how many people in their chosen profession would turn down enormous pay raises and the opportunity to be the head guy at one of the most prestigious organizations in their industry.

not me

Fitting way to end this season, just like we started it. Just pathetic. 100 more penalty yards. Yet another poor offensive performance. Feels like there has been next to nothing as far as improvement goes, just the same thing every week. All we need now is somebody on this board assuring us that (because he went 7-5 at WKU) Taggart has us on our way to great things. Kind of glad this season is over with. On the bright side, we have a great kicker....

usf needs a whole lot of new talent that can play immediately

we set florida football back decades

it is so hard to imagine a school the size of usf located in tampa cant field a competitive football team

I want to know what his post game comments are. Since auman left tuere has been horrid post game coverage.

Taggart WILL turn this program around.

Post game interview is up on gousfbulls.com usually... honestly I have so little care for what Taggart has to say about this miserable failure of a season I haven't even checked.  Maybe he'll light up the twitter universe again this week.

I'll take WVU Rich Rod any day ...

Same guy who got smashed againsed against Arizona St. Same guy that got schooled by Leaviit, Same guy that failed at Michigan. Same guy that choked against a bad Pitt team that would have sent him to title game. I say no thanks to that guy.

West Virginia won several BCS games and multiple BE titles with him. I'll gladly take that over the chit we currently have. I want wins and I want them now. We should have hired Petrino.

Well, I'm willing to bet that we don't have to worry about anyone poaching CWT any time soon.

sad but true

Just watched the post game interview.  A couple of things stood out.  First,he said the oline is small and weak and said they need to get stronger and that recruiting bigger lineman is a very high priority.  Also, we need more playmakers.

When asked about Lynch leaving, he said he would test the water to see where he stands.  Then a reporter asked if anyone else was considering coming out early and the look on Taggart's face was hilarious and then he about broke into laughter.  The reporter followed it up with well maybe Andre Davis and Taggart composed himself and said Andre plans to come back.

The look on his face and the brief laughter says everything about what he thinks about the talent on this team.

Those boys are in for a rough offseason.
