A poor man’s Andrew Luck in terms of athleticism

His measurables are good and at this point, he can't go much higher next year unless he's really looking to deliver another BCS appearance and a title run (similar to how UL was shooting for this year early on). GOLs offense won't give him video game stats, but if they're 12-0 next year, he might get some love, similar to how McCarron gets some run. If he's #3 on McShay's list, that means he's basically behind Bridgewater and Manziel

I doubt he has even addressed this yet with Coach Oleary and his family. The fact that he grew up going to UCF games with his family might factor into his decision compared to an out of state guy that's in a rush to get to the League. He should learn from George Selvie and strike that NFL draft stock while its hot. Declare this year, buddy.

This year he has a really good chance at being the 2nd QB taken behind Bridgewater. He seems like a smart kid. I bet he goes pro. Good for us if he does. If he is leaving I expect the news to come out before the Bowl Game. A chance of the first 2 QBs drafted coming from the AAC, I don't think many people expected that in the pre season.

He might be a surprise 2014 first round pick like FSU's QB EJ Manuel earlier this year.
