Considering that our season was already down the drain, and one win or loss here or there doesn't really make too much of a difference

UCF potentially winning a BCS bowl could actually be GREAT for us since we are a package deal for conference expansion. It makes the our argument for another conference better going forward, moreso than last year.

Yes it sucks for pride purposes, and rivalry and maybe some short term recruiting, but the reality is if UCF going to a BCS bowl gives us a better chance at going to another conference when our season is already down the toilet then by all means ill take it.

what is this package deal everyone keeps trying to talk about? was there a package deal for WVU and Pitt or Louisville and Cincy...? all for 1 and 1 for all. we need wins, no one else winning helps in conference realignment.

There's no such thing as bragging rights if you're stuck In a second tier conference. And everything I've heard about expansion possibilities has us tied to UCF. So if that is true then pride aside it helps us when the season is lost anyway.

I'm hoping their luck finally runs out and Cincinnati gets the BCS bid.
