Out for lunch at work ESPN talking about bullying, racism, and showing player comments about "friendship". A player in psychological treatment?

OL Martin leaves the team citing emotional distress from apparent bullying.

 

This came after a lunch hall prank was played on him.  

 

Media then tells us that OG Incognito left a message for Martin with racial slurs, profanity and "death threats."  

 

OG Incognito gets suspended pending investigation.

 

HC Philbin takes responsibility but says he knew nothing about any bad blood between Incognito and Martin.

 

Incognito on team leadership council, apparently he was told to "toughen Martin up."  

 

GM apparently told Martin to "punch" Incognito to try to end the situation

 

Multiple Dolphins players speak out saying that Incognito and Martin were good friends, and side with Incognito while declining to comment on whether or not Martin should come back.
