Taggart is a great recruiter and that should be his role. Not a HC. Walt Wells and our O-line are both terrible

Still can't believe people are judging CWT's capabilities as HC after three games here. Gimme a break.

Agreed. The man doesn't even have the personnel to properly run his system. Bill Bellichick couldn't win games with Floyd or Eveld. Holtz left the cabinet pretty bare.

Let's just give Taggart one season to figure things out.

Agreed.  We need to drop the Fire Taggart crap.  The guy is in a very bad spot.  This program can not be fixed by a new HC in one season.  He has work on many levels to do.  I admire him for even trying.  It's refreshing.

Come on Brad, you talk like he's a volunteer.  He's making $1.5M/yr.  What would be refreshing is to see someone actually earn their salary within USF Football through wins.

While I agree with the latter half of your comment, I don't see how you can reasonably expect a new coach to come into this poisoned culture and win right away.

It's going to take a lot of turnover of players and I don't expect he'll get much help from the administration outside of funny cartoons now and then.

Good points.  I agree completely with your last sentence.
