Unemployment plays a role, but every city has dealt with those issues. By doing things like...buying the unsold seats like the Vikings, Cards, Chargers, Dolphins, etc. have done. My dad (season ticket holder) says the Orlando area radio stations have been running constant ticket giveaways this week. They're desperate to avoid a blackout.
