Unless the frames are very sturdy I doubt it.  The lens' in the photos appear to be a low grade plastic.  The best way to know if they can be made into prescription glasses would be to check with an optometrist.

Also, make sure that they're polarized.  Gotta have that UV protection in these parts.

I bought 2 pairs of these bad boys.

 

Don't worry about my eyes, I relocated to Seattle after graduation and our summer is wrapping up quickly.
