To the topic question I was just going to say "fewer".  Guess that wasn't what the article was about.

However, I don't see how their methodology could produce such different results for each school.  I view both as being right together in potential.

 

Both have room to grow their paid attendance (USF even more than UCF...though I don't know how much of that money goes too pay rent at Raymond James).  Both have room to grow their booster club numbers as well as overall donations.  Both have had their own problems with on-field success to piss off their fans...UCF is competitive in conference but can't win big games...USF wins big games but hasn't been able to get close to the conference championship.

 

Fair.
