Got to believe they are just holding back a little now, so it won't look like they caved. I won't disclose when, but it's gonna get ugly again if they don't. So the fine player  Deatrick Nichols finally gets a number. He deserves it for the hard work  it takes a young man to get to this level. I am really beginning to respect the value system of Telly Lockette. New to us, but well known to these players he commands respect and returns a genuine love for his players and other young men in his community. He is the definition of Coach. I hope we can keep him for a bit at least.

friend of mine went to the Dwyer-Central game last weekend, and said Nichols was amazing.  Pick 6, too, and said he was all over the field.  Great to hear, as long as he stays with USF.

 

Asked about Yearby, and his comment was, "He's a beast.  Not the fastest, but a stud.  But he's a lock to UM".  Not counting on him at USF, but would love it.
