You know what...after these last several games, since UCONN won't be playing in the BE tourney, Stan should just do everyone a favor and save the school the travel expenses of going to NYC in March and just pass on going to the BE tourney.  It would even things out.

This display is disgusting.  Lazy players just standing around.  What a waste.

Other than Collins, there is very little, if any basketball IQ on this team.

In other words, they're dumb.

Collins is not without fault for this mess that is USF basketball. His over dribbling, turnovers,  so-so defense, and lack of shooting has hurt the team at times.

51-41.  I'll eat my shoe if we make this happen.

Now this might be the last opportunity USF gets here. Hopefully this timeout goes better then the last one. The game is still very winnable against this young team.

I think he feels like he has to do everything - not because he's a selfish player, but because no on else on the team has been consistent this entire season.

he has his faults, but at least he seems to have a good feel for the game.  When you see our guys 6 feet away from a defender that is firmly planted and a player puts his head and just charges straight down the lane it isn't too bright.  Not just one guy, but two of our guys did it.  We have seen dumb things like this over and over even going back to the tourney last year.

Well...hey you hinted at it, but that's coaching. the one thing that is disappointing is that we don't seem to know how to run a proper fast break which is sad. Guys don't fill the lane, don't have proper spacing, don't make the extra pass on time, and don't know how to pull up from 12-15 feet. That's just not being emphasized in practice. There is technique to the game which is why it's called organized team basketball. On the playground there is no coaching, but you need that and continuous repetition to become good at this level.

Steve Lavin has a very impressive young squad. They still got a lot of work to do and their schedule is brutal these last 4 games, they control their own destiny. They have a must win game against Pitt at home and it was a good job by their coaching staff to keep the team focus to not look past a bad USf team with what's coming up.

As for USF it's just play out the season and I can only hope that Stan(who will get another go at 1 more time) will make some changes not only with his roster but with his own coaching philosophy, maybe learn from Lavin, to help guide USF to the NCAAT next season. Maybe I'm hoping for to much but my goodness he needs to do better.
