That's why we stopped recruiting him. But, he had the grades to get into a much better school academically? Perhaps Rutgers having such a great APR to begin with can afford to bring in a few guys on the bottom borderline and it won't offset the numbers too much...and perhaps they feel they can do one of two scenarios: 1. Bring him in and get his grades up. 2. Bring him in, but he has to go to JC, and hope that afterwards he comes back to RU.
