Unless there is a major shift in the opinion of steroids, neither one will ever get in. Without steroids, both would be 1st-ballot shoo-ins. No question. Yeah, they'd be shoo-ins IF they had the same career they had without the roids. But, take away the roids and who knows what kind of career they would have had ... they could just as well have been barely above average, and even above-average players don't get in.
