Yes, he fumbled snaps and didn't look great. But the team had long gone in the tank for Holtz and many players had already been lost to injury. I would like to see him with some decent coaching and talent to make a judgement. I'm not sure RG3 could have come in and won the last 3 years for USF as bad as things were going. His interceptions in our end of the field with seconds left in the half???
