Honestly, for USF fans, if Cincy was leading after last weekend, Wilder not announcing is probably an encouraging development for USF ...

I'm pretty sure anybody can toll till whenever, but I believe they typically sign on NSD

Makes sense.  I guess I was thinking that Juco can transfer at virtually anytime, but you're right about HS kids.  Slipped my mind.  Mas cafe, por favor.

Toll is my type of spelling  seems to be a virus I started.

 

With that said. Wilder is just playing a waiting game.  He committed to us as a safety net and get exposure.  I don't believe he has received an offer from the school he "Truly" wants.  Saying he was going to commit yesterday is just thrying to get exposure.  I don't expect any  "REAL" news till the pen hits the paper.
