It just confirms how important it is to hire the RIGHT Coach and Skip is not that Right Coach. I had high hopes, yet after year three he and his staff are way in over their heads, from coaching blunders to coaching "mis-hires", Skip is lost. No amount of spin and cliches can hide the fact that team has under performed for the last two years. The fan base is embarrassed and a heavy dose of apathy has set in on the fans and the players considering today's pathetic game. Now is the time for leadership to step up at USF, to make the tough decision, the right decision, and let Skip and his staff seek employment else where and get USF back on the right track with the right coach. The program has been set back far enough, its now time to stop the bleeding and find a cure.

Since you're the newbie you have to bring the lighter fluid for the dumpster next week.

I realize anything may be better but what would be looking at?
