If there is any validity to the initial police report, he has no business as a student at USF much less a scholarshipped athlete. Bravo to athletics for acting quickly. Interesting... Has USF ever kick out a student due to allegations or convictions? No... Just coaches... I'm sorry, I had to do that Oh snap!

Has USF ever kick out a student due to allegations or convictions? I would expect they probably have tossed kids for convictions, but they would have to know about it which probably doesn't happen much in the general population. According to the handbook, expulsion could is a possible punishment for an offense, and convictions for local, state and federal laws are valid offenses. http://www.sa.usf.edu/dean/docs/USF_handbook.pdf

Innocent or guilty on this particular incident, his judgement is questionable. So if he's innocent his judgement is questionable?? Why? Either he did it, or his "girlfriend" is a liar. Correct? What is the possible third scenario that makes his judgement sound? So EVERY man that has EVER dated a woman who has lied possesses questionable judgement, or does your narrow thinking mindset only apply to this 19-20 year old football player? He didn't have a spotless reputation before he came here.

"According to USF police, an unnamed USF student reported an iPhone stolen from the rec center around 7:30 p.m. Friday, and in using a phone-locator application from a friend's phone, was able to give police the GPS coordinates of the phone's last location. Police said people at that address directed them to Duval, who had stripped the phone of its case and its subscriber identity module or SIM card, an action that keeps a phone from being tracked. Police said Duval agreed to meet with police and return the phone, admitting his involvement and saying he had even watched as the victim looked around the basketball courts for his missing phone" Greg Auman You're more than a bit naive.
