So we heard that we would be having a Midnight Madness this year for basketball.

Well today at the game they finally made an announcement.

It's called "Hoop-La" and it will be October 12th at 8:00pm.

Aside from the lame name, nice of them to schedule it with a home Volleyball game starting at 7:00 and a home Women's Soccer game at 7:30.

Watching the vb game today, i was surprised at the turnout ... Definitely more students than the regular ones that have attended our basketball games in recent memory.

Ladies won, btw ...

The Bulls (10-7 overall, 2-2 BIG EAST) used an aggressive serving game to force Cincinnati to run its offense well off the net, and took advantage of a career-high 22 kills from junior Kayla Walton to grab a five-set win over the defending BIG EAST Champions, 20-25, 25-17, 25-19, 23-25, 21-19.
