Just watching ND @ Michigan State. Very scary that we will have a first time QB, no matter who it may be, starting their first road game at that stadium. Sounds really, really loud there.

I will so be there. Had that Road Trip on my calendar since we signed it years ago. It will be early in the year and optimism will be high.

We just made hotel reservations this week. Will be going with friends from down here. One couple, the guy is a grad of MSU and promises us a prime tailgate with friends of his. He comes to some USF games and cheers for us except for that game. So it will just a friendly rivalry game.

Assuming Woolard sticks to his commitment, is he likely to be the starter next year, in the opinion of anyone who has an educated one? I don't know much about the guy, but I have a hard time believing next year's starting quarterback is currently on the roster.

Not as sure about that as you are. There is a reason they are trying to red shirt Eveld. Might want a senior to start a few games and let Asianti get some reps on a few series before turning the reins over to him.
