Exhibit No. 1 is an email the team’s quarterback, Cody Fajardo, sent to fans that includes a coupon code for a discount off tickets. The letter reads, in part: “We are ONE COMMUNITY and ONE PACK. Nevada is the community’s team. It is your team. And this Saturday, we need every community member to come out to Mackay and take ownership of this team. … So please come out and help your Wolf Pack take down its second BCS foe of the season.†Mike Samuels, the Wolf Pack’s associate athletic director for marketing, said ticket sales this week have been brisk, especially coming off Nevada’s 31-24 upset of Cal in Berkeley last Saturday. Samuels said about 18,000 tickets had been distributed as of Wednesday morning. He said selling out the 29,933-capacity Mackay Stadium would be difficult, but he expects a robust attendance figure. “This being my first year here and not experiencing exactly what happens on game days the couple of years prior I can’t give you a specific number with confidence,†said Samuels, who joined Nevada last October. “There’s maybe a 40-50 percent chance that we get to a sellout, but I think it’s probably safer to say that we’ll be in that 24,000 or 25,000 range.†http://blogs.rgj.com...0s-more-likely/

We've had a lot of problems getting people to the stadium. A lot of it has to do with Reno being a transient town and full of people who have no loyalty to the University. Part of the blame lies with the AD for not doing enough to engage the community. Part is because our stadium sucks.

At least they back up that "grace and humility" .... They are a great traveling fan base. We're used to being exposed to the same type "grace and humility" based on moral victories.
