I'm for any set up that avoids playing the assclowns on an every year basis ...

Yeah, but the guys in suits in Rhode Island are going to make sure it happens. It will be the most heated matchup in the new conference and they'll want to use that.

Yeah, I know ... just wishful thinking .....but I guess the bright side is it will rival Auburn-Alabama in 5 years top.

Just make UCF play out west for their division games and I'm good.

Like the non geographical divisions, Split the Fla(USF/UCF) and Texas schools (Houston/SMU) up. Have the yearly cross over rivalry game.

(USF/UCF). It would build rivialries, increase attendance, decrease travel(1-2 cross country trips a year at most), gives all schools games in Fla and Texas at least every other year which will help with the Brand and recruiting.

Like the Name American and National or something in those line.

I know we've been through this before, but we still have 5 weeks to kill.

Would you rather see East-West divisions or non-geographic? When it's all said and done the travel is almost a wash.

I would rather see non-geographic - National and American divisions or something like that. Put these every year cross-over game teams in different divisions:

Boise-SDSU

SMU-Houston

USF-UCF

Rutgers-UConn

UL-Cincy

Memphis-Temple

We're a conference of urban teams, so how about the Jets Division and the Sharks Division or some such that reflects the metropolitan nature.

Jets | Sharks

---------------------

SDSU | Boise

SMU | Houston

USF | UCF

UConn | Rutgers

UL | Cincy

Memphis | Temple

Hatfields and McCoys would probably be good, too ...
