My understanding is that there will be no presale opportunities for season tickets holders / donors for the Elton John concert.

Only the people/companies that buy the loge boxes get first shot at any event at the New and Improved Sun Dome. Doesn't include the tickets, just R O F R.

Not sure who your source was on that? On our tour with Bill McGillis he said that the loge boxes got first dibs on tickets for all events but that they did not include the price of the tickets. The basketball tickets were included, but not concerts, etc. That was my source. If he was wrong, then I am wrong.
