A 4.59 forty for Scott is not too shabby for his size. He should get drafted at some point.

It has been difficult for me, so far, to find out how the players performed at USF Pro Day 2012.

There has always been ONE person who I knew I could rely on to have that information and that is Gil Brandt.

However, even he seems to have forgotten about us this year. Hopefully, he will still come through in the next few days.

Just a brief mention of USF Pro Day on NFL Draft Bible. I'm surprised there was nothing said about Darrell Scott. Also, I would have thought that at least Quenton Washington would have run in the 4.4's and there was no reference to him either.

NFL Draft Bible †@NFLDraftBible USF pro day drew a wide range of personnel, including #Patriots coach Bill Belichick and #Cardinals coach Russ Grimm. 10 #NFL teams total. 8:58 AM - 21 Mar 12 via web ·

Very cool. Besides the Patriots what other teams were represented?
I saw at least 15 other teams

That is a good showing...awesome.

Agree that his time isn't bad, he is a power back and will be utilized for his size and blocking more so than his speed; not that an off the line acceleration isn't important.

I am really surprised about how little info has come out from Pro day.

Is there a reason for USF to keep things hush hush?

I can understand why NFL teams who were in attendance and taking notes wouldn't want to give out that info on someone they were considering and give up their advantage to teams who weren't there.

I know that Scott, for example, said he wanted to do a certain number of bench press reps, but I still don't know what he achieved in that regard.

PRO DAY: At Monday's Pro Day for NFL scouts and coaches, RB Darrell Scott ran a 4.59 40-yard dash, an improvement over the 4.73 her ran at the NFL Combine. … Guard Jeremiah Warren completed 28 reps of 225 pounds at the bench press.

“It went great,†Scott said. “They wanted to see if I had any durability because I’m a bigger back. I had a pulled quad at the NFL Combine, so I wanted to show scouts I can run better than 4.73.â€
