There was a case in Fl. a year ago where a 18 year old did the same thing with a 16 year old and the parents of the female pressed charges and they where carried out I believe it was stachatory( mispelled) but man I hope Hill gets thru this and learns a lesson!!

This once again begs the question why is he going on 20 in a few weeks and still in H.S.?  Maybe dicipline problems have been a recurring theme with Carlton?  I certainly hope not, but he obviously is not good with decision making, and there has yet to be an explanation as to why he hasnt graduated by now.  I just wonder if the two are issues are related.
