To say Strong had nothing to do with a recruiting class for the school he's coaching is absurd.
Please read the espn article. Marriage was talking about the kids from Miami. Not the entire class. Hurtt brought all the kids with him. Unfortunately NCAA doesn't,t care. Just like basketball guys are hired for the kids they bring with them. All of these kids were committed elsewhere until hurtt was hired. Not one of them signed because of strong.he had absolutely nothing to do with the Miami kids signing unless you consider he hired Hurtt.

so it is just a matter of time before we find out about whatever NCAA violations the guy made to coerce this group to go to UL?

He was one of the coaches involved in the Miami scandal. 2 others at Alabama now. NCAA doesn't,t do anything to them. Danny mannings dad was hired by Kansas so he would sign there. We hired Gilchrists trainer so he would sign with us. This stuff has been going on forever.

Funny thing is ucf got pinched for using a runner. If they had just hired the guy like u of l they would have been in the clear. Oregon used a recruiting service. Paid a dude 25 k to get a RB to sign. College sports are corrupt.
