8am, but if your there super early-there will probably be no one there and you get in earlier-they may come ask for $

Mall lot opens at 8AM... just sneak in like the Engineering Bus does... they should not kick you out, but will come over and ask for $$

The Woodlawn Lot just south of the Mall Lot opens at 7:30

i think if you get there early, they jsut walk around and ask you to pay if you dont have your parking ticket
