Last year we started 0-2 in the BE like many have mentioned, and our offense wasn't doing much either. Many bitched and moaned just like they are doing now and crying it was the end of the season. Just like last year we are playing Cinci after starting 0-2. Last year we went into Cinci and put up 38 points on them and won. Last year we had less playmakers, and the players had less of an understanding of the offense. Chill out just a little bit, because this offense is capable of scoring points and doing big things. There are still 6 games left this season and it's possible this weekend we could explode on Cinci like we did last year. Or everyone can continue the meltdown posts, at least it's entertaining for me to read.

yea we started 0-2 in conference so? We finished 7-5 last year, thats terrible. With another year and a lot of playmakers returning this team should be playing MUCH better and not be in this position atm.

Last year the offense became a little more productive when Holtz and Fitch took the shackles off BJ and let him go a little bit. When he struggled last year it was when they kept him contained in the pocket to protect him from getting hurt.

I say stop trying to protect him at this point. Don't worry so much about the interceptions. Let's roll the dice, let him go a little, let him become a little more of a gunslinger and open the offense up. We have only a couple of playmakers on this team. Let them go win us some ball games.

We just got beat by two programs with first year coaches. We have the talent, there is no excuse to start conference play like this.

A better comparison is that last years UConn team started 0-2 and won the BE. That is what we should be shooting for, not another 7-5 season

What makes anyone think Cincy game will be any better.  Last year we went to Cincy 0-2 in conf play and eeked one out..  What was their record at the end of the season- umm less than 6 wins.

I was worried about the Cinci game since ND, terrified after FAMU/PITT.  Now I think this team needs a come to Jesus moment if they have one left in them.
