I called a few local places. They all said they would be showing the game. The one exception was Gators dockside which was under the impression it was blacked out.

The only reason a game would ever be blacked out in Tampa on ESPN3 is because a TV station (usually Brighthouse) has local broadcast rights. If the game is not on BHSN (which it's obviously not if it is exclusive to ESPN3), it will not be blacked out. It's not like in the NFL where the blackout rules are linked to attendance.

ESPN3 / WatchESPN is the best thing to happen to TV since cable arrived.  Wow, ESPN really stepped up their game with this.  I have multiple games playing right now on my xbox 360, ipad, 2 computer monitors and even my droid cell phone! ESPN FTW!
