Start him jackass! Stop playing mind games with the fans and your players. T Leather is a leader on your team... he did his time... you proved your point... what are you going to do... let us get down to a team that doesn't even have their best player anymore and then let Leather come in and possibly fail in bringing us back to victory. That will be real uplifting for the rest of the season.
