these types of games are made by the fans/boosters/alumni or by an act of a state legislature in the event of an interstate game (i.e. USF vs Miami,UCF, etc.)

When was our series with Miami and act of State Legislature?

Never said it was... trying to give an example of how a trophy game will ever occur between USF and Miami or UCF...

Great idea. I say make the trophy, then do something diabolical. Like Alabama TPing the trees at Toomer's Corner(not killing em for chissakes). Poof, instant rivalry. Personally I like the idea of sneaking on to their stadium field the day before the first away game and spray painting some horns.
