He could be tied with 8 people behind 6 others...He could be behind 13, but if they don't give enough facts its easy to jump to a conclusion that could be wrong...that's what that stat means, he's tied with one other person at 14.http://www.nfl.com/combine/top-performers#year=2011&workout=BENCH_PRESS&position=DLHe is also the 7th highest in his position, you spin it any way is all I am saying. The guy from UCF is pretty studly it seems

I believe that is quicker than most of the top guys last year.A small piece of the puzzle, but average in this class. The DL prospects are the gem of this years recruiting class. I didn't watch all of the 40 #s, but it was the slowest of the times I watched.DL is DE's and DT's, so a lot of the guys in his group were defensive ends.Quite a few of those DE's they were talking about as hybrid prospects as well. There were a few big guys who ran slower than McClain (I'm talking 5.3's and over) so I'm alright with what he ran. His first run looked faster than 5.04 to me, but it is what it is I suppose. DEs are typically quicker, more of a pass rusher, and generallly more athletic. Should be interesting to see where he places in the draft. I hope he continues to impress the scouts and who knows if all plays out well we could see him go in the first round.
