Won't effect the U recruiting at all.  Most of the kids that sign there sign becasue of it being the U.

I think they will shock people with their next hire.

Right stadium, wrong team.  Many rumors floating around about Gruden.

Until the NCAA allows free agents there's no way in hell Gruden coaches in college ....

Picture this... Gruden walks in to a 17 year old's house and asks him if he wants to try his Super Bowl ring on.  I think he will get all the "free agents" he wants.
